Outage Reports: The availability of monitored devices is presented by percentage, time duration, and occurrence, enabling a strategic view of the overall network service.
SLA Reports: Quickly see what devices are not meeting their alarm threshold service levels. Easily identify when SLA breaches occurred and their duration for business day and non-business day time periods.
